Is this crypto or NFTs?
No. Vault Heirs does not use cryptocurrency or NFTs. V-Tokens are in-app points only and cannot be bought, sold, traded, or cashed out.
Do I need to buy a plush to use the app?
No. You can use the Vault Heirs app without buying a plush. The plush adds a fun, physical part to the experience, but it is not required.
Can my child interact with strangers?
No. Vault Heirs is designed to be private for each family. Children cannot message, trade, or interact with strangers through the app.
What ages is Vault Heirs for?
Vault Heirs is made for kids and families who want a fun way to save memories, complete quests, and build a family story vault together.
How do you handle our data?
Your stories, photos, and family memories stay private inside your family vault. Nothing is public unless you choose to share or export it.
